Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
Wubbleyou Ltd is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or the technology used to access it. We actively work to ensure that our site is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all visitors.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard. WCAG is the internationally recognised benchmark for web accessibility, and Level AA is the standard recommended under UK equality legislation.
How We Test
We use automated testing as part of our development process to maintain accessibility standards. Specifically:
- Automated WCAG scanning — Every public page is scanned using axe-core against WCAG 2.0 A, WCAG 2.0 AA, and WCAG 2.2 AA rule sets. Our test suite enforces zero violations.
- Keyboard navigation — We test that the site can be navigated using a keyboard alone, including skip-to-content links, logical tab order, and focus indicator visibility.
- Multi-device testing — All pages are tested across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers including Chrome, WebKit (Safari), and multiple viewport sizes.
Known Limitations
While we strive to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across the entire site, we recognise that automated testing alone does not guarantee full conformance. Automated tools typically identify around 30% of potential accessibility issues. Areas where we are continuing to improve include:
- Manual screen reader testing has not yet been conducted across all pages
- Some third-party embedded content may not fully meet accessibility standards
- PDF documents or downloadable files may not be fully accessible
We are committed to addressing these gaps over time.
