The Training Problem Nobody Solved Charlotte Jeffrey-Campbell had spent years delivering training across the sector. She understood the pressures agencies faced and the risks of inconsistent knowledge - compliance gaps, reputational exposure, uneven performance across branches. In an industry once dominated by paper manuals and costly one-day workshops, she believed there was a more effective way to deliver learning at scale. "I always wanted to set up an e-learning platform," Charlotte explains. "There was a real gap in being able to train people properly."
