When the leadership team behind Foresight looked at their growing creative agency, they saw both success and limitation. They had built a strong reputation delivering face-to-face creative training and had guided over 200 creators through Adobe certification programmes. Demand was increasing, but the traditional B2B service model had a ceiling. They recognised a broader industry challenge: many creative teams were being left behind, relying on informal or outdated development that did not reflect modern, cross-disciplinary realities. Creative roles were evolving - videographers needed design skills, designers needed video fluency, and everyone needed to understand AI-powered creative tools. This insight sparked the creation of Creators Academy: a scalable development platform designed to reflect the real demands of contemporary creative work. However, scaling from an agency model to a digital product required a different capability. Geographic limits and project-based billing would restrict long-term growth. The team needed to productise their expertise into a consistent, recurring value model.
